Well Download Nettools and save them on your hard drive and Install them.

After installation,Launch Nettools and Go to

Start –> Exterior Tools –> File Tools –> Ultra fast Website Maker –> Quickweb

From the Dialog that opens,Click on next,Choose your Pick from available options .I chose “Don’t create or load anything,Just build my website” and clicked on  Next.

Choose your favorite template and Click Next,then Give your website a name and Write your name there and click on  Next.

Now Add or delete pages,edit content on your website and when you are done,just click Next and choose destination where website is to be saved and Click on Build.

Congratulations,you have made your own website without breaking a sweat !! Congrats on this feat :) Now upload this to a hosting website and rest easy.
